I would play LAG against this type of player. I would only play those hands that were within the top 15 starting hands and I am going to play them hard and fast.
I think DC was also right about fold equality with an all-in move.
On beating players at $10NL:
This is why it is more important to play the people then the cards delt to you. You have to learn what hands bad players will raise or call with. Usually these micro players seldom vary betting styles.
I never like giving a free card. Sometimes it does cost me but most times not.
One reason I like limit is because it does make playing a drawing hand less costly. Not saying I play pot odds in limit because if you di then you would play any two cards most of the time.

The EV to call this is right at +1 if memory serves me correctly but I am too lazy to do the math.
