I had a dream last night and I woke up before the situation was resolved. It’s been bugging me all day, partly because of the lack of detail and partly because of the situation itself.
I’m sat in a large online MTT. I’ve built up a decent stack. The guy sat to my right also has a big stack and decides to start bullying me. I gradually get more and more annoyed and eventually I flip.
It starts off with him in the SB stealing my BB bets a few times. I have poor hands and am therefore not too concerned. But after this goes on for a while I decide to fight back.
So, on the following rotation I re-raise him. He responds quickly by re-raising all-in. I fold.
On the following rotation he raises and I just call. We see the flop. He leads out with a big bet on the flop and I fold.
On the next rotation, once again he raises and I call. We see the flop, he leads out on the flop, I raise him and he re-raises me all-in. I fold.
On the final hand, once again he raises me pre-flop. I look down and see AQ and re-raise him. As expected he re-raises me all in and I instantly call.
I then wake up without seeing his cards. All I wanted to know was what he was holding. Is that too much to ask?
Dam alarm.
I've only played one hour in the last 3 weeks. I just haven't had the time. I guess this is the biggest reason for not starting a blog!
I lost $1.
(Update-managed to play 3 hours of cash this evening. Won $14)
