"Flush Draw with Gutshot Straight Draw"
You've got a flush draw, a gutshot straight draw, and a gutshot straight flush draw! You have twelve outs. All the remaining Spades are nine of them. The Seven of Spades makes your straight flush but we already counted that in with the flush chances and we don't want to count it twice. The other three Sevens can also make your straight. Chance of getting one of those twelve outs on the turn is 25.532%. Chance of getting it on either the turn or river combined is 44.598%. If nothing shows on the turn, your chance of getting one of your outs on just the river is 26.087%.

"Overcard with a Flush Draw"
You have a flush draw and one overcard. You're drawing to the best flush or at least a higher pair. You have twelve outs to make the flush or pair your Ace. Those outs would be the nine remaining Spades and the three remaining Aces. Chances are the same as above.
