Your nine outs are the remaining nine Diamonds left in the deck (13 Diamonds in a deck minus the two in your hand and the two on the board). The chance of making a flush on the turn is 19.149%. Chance to make a flush on the turn or river combined is 34.968%. If a non-diamond shows on the turn, your chance to make a flush drops back down to 19.565%.
