4 left - whats the right move?

i have around 400
2 players with about 800
and 1 has 250
blinds 20-40
one of the chip leaders go 100 (pre flop)
short stack goes all in
i (BB) am sitting with pocket 10.
whats the "right" move?

Depends on players and ranges, payout structure, blind levels and length etc etc. But essentially short handed with TT and 10 BB, All-in is probably the prefered "correct" play.

could u explain the reason for all in in this situation?
I didnt go all in but called - then i got all in by chip leader and called...
he had KK
Short stack had 55
the board flopped 5 and K but i got 3rd cos had more chips then the 4rth guy..
