A Bracelet Poll (Some 2007 Spoilers)

OK, as everyone who isn't living under a rock or in willing hiding from WSOP results knows, Phil Hellmuth now has 11 bracelets. Question 1 is, will Phil win his 12th before someone else wins 11 (just answer that one via reply)? And second, WHO will be the next to 11?

I ask mostly because Doyle and Johnny just don't play that many tournaments compared to Phil, or Erik Seidel and Allen Cunningham for that matter.
