A Tally on WSOP Player Points
It's only a few events in, but here's a list of the people THP members have picked. I'll do a list later of posters' total points.
Daniel Negreanu: 0
Phil Hellmuth: 0
Phil Ivey: 0
JC Tran: 0
Jared Hamby: 0
Nam Le: 0
Joe Hachem: 0
Michael Mizrachi: 0
Allen Cunningham: 0
Carlos Mortensen: 0
Sam Farha: 0
Greg Raymer: 0
Dustin Woolf: 0
Doyle Brunson: 0
Johnny Chan: 0
Steve Dannenman: 0
Paul Wasicka: 0
Jeff Madsen: 0
John Juanda: 0 (but will have at least a few later today)
Justin Bonomo: 0
Sorel Mizzi: 0
Roland de Wolfe: 0
Cyndy Violette: 0
Dan Harrington: 0
So far no one has managed to put up any points, but several have cashes. John Juanda is starting at a final table in the Omaha event today, so he will earn some points, Sorel Mizzi is the chip leader in the NL rebuy event, and Cyndy Violette came close to the final table in the Omaha/Stud Event. Very little success so far for the closely-watched Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu, despite pledges by both to have a strong WSOP. However, there are still a lot of tournaments left.
Other notables with strong finishes no one picked:
Chris Ferguson (4th place finish), Alex Jacob (3rd place finish), Annie Duke (3rd place finish), and Gavin Smith (2nd place finish)
Daniel Negreanu: 0
Phil Hellmuth: 0
Phil Ivey: 0
JC Tran: 0

Joe Hachem: 0
Michael Mizrachi: 0
Allen Cunningham: 0
Carlos Mortensen: 0
Sam Farha: 0
Greg Raymer: 0
Dustin Woolf: 0
Doyle Brunson: 0
Johnny Chan: 0
Steve Dannenman: 0
Paul Wasicka: 0
Jeff Madsen: 0
John Juanda: 0 (but will have at least a few later today)

Event #7 - $5,000 buy-in PLO
7th John Juanda $107,196 180pts
14th Dustin Woolf $35,732 36pts
That list is not exhaustive, those are the two that jumped out at me.
Looks like a really high quality last few tables in that event unlike some of the smaller buy-in events played so far.

Didn't I tell you guys Raymer and Helmuth would do good?
Actually, it's neither Dannerman nor Dannenman. It's Dannenmann, according the Cardplayer Database.
