this is horrible advice.
for once, me and Pavel actually agree on something. Probably a first and last

This particualr spot result oriented is not what we wanted but however was correct play deep in a MMT to stack size of BB. I think Komp, 9ten, and myself could back pushing here is the correct move if that matters at all.ninetensuited wrote:didnt really care for the results much, because time in and time out it is the correct play

Here is a very interesting thread about letting the short walk or just push with any 2 cards on 2+2 http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showt ... p?t=215125ninetensuited wrote:didnt really care for the results much, because time in and time out it is the correct play

Am just reading FT Poker strategy guide (tournament addition)
In it Andy Bloch going into great detail about what ranges to play in push/fold mode BVB.
According to Andy, when stacks are 10BB or shorter the SB should push : Any pair, any A, Any K, Any suited Q (unsuited down to Q6), any suited J down to J3 etc...
Calling range from the BB is almost as wide (exactly half the hands)
In tournaments you simply have to get lucky and take the odds when they are offered.
