You need to make your decision on the turn, whatever it is. You have a couple options:
1. You can reraise because he is bluffing or going crazy with JJ or something and will call.
2. You can call here and call the river because you think he is bluffing and can induce a further bluff.
3. You can fold because you think he has a 7 or a full house.
Whatever you decide, I think calling the turn without knowing what your move will be on the river is pretty bad.
