about my play
I dont have the log or whatever cause this was a while ago. I was playing in a tourny at pokerstars.
my hole cards were: AK unsuited
the other guy: a5 unsuited
he was way ahead of me in the chips. I had around 3k while he had around 18k. Before this hand he had gone all-in for the last 4-5 hands or so and lost.
He went all in pre-flop, these were the best cards i got so far so i called. Everyone else folded.
On the flop it was a 2-3-4, no joke but i didn't think anything of it at the time. Turn card was a king, river was a some garbage can't remember.
What should i have done differently?

Nothing really - If you saw him throw in his chips numerous times before and had nothing then I can't see why you wouldn't be right in making this call.
I could be mistaken though, but you were definitley the favourite when you got your money in, and I think that's what matters.
There could be some other factors though. For example, if you were close to cashing in the tournament and were close to the top in chips then I could also justify a fold in this posistion. I wouldn't want to come across a coin flip sitation and get knocked out just before cashing.

wut were the blinds?....the higher they were, the more right your call was...if he went all-in the last 4-5 hands, thats pretty nuts if the blinds are still low...but most likely you did the right thing....after that its out of your hands....better luck next time...
