ace high flush
can someone tell me the rule when the five cards flopped are all hearts, and the highest card was the ace of hearts is it deemed to be a split pot even if one player has a heart in his hand and the other player has none.

Re: ace high flush
It can only be a split if the heart in the player's hand is lower than all five of the board cards. Example:
Player 1:

Player 2:
![Two of Diamonds [2d]](http://www.texasholdem-poker.com/forum/images/smilies/2d.gif)
Board:
![Three of Hearts [3h]](http://www.texasholdem-poker.com/forum/images/smilies/3h.gif)
This would be a split because the
in Player 2's hand is lower than all five board cards so both players have the flush showing.
If either player was holding any other heart, they would win the pot because it would be higher than the
on board. Example:
Player 1:

Player 2:

Board:
![Three of Hearts [3h]](http://www.texasholdem-poker.com/forum/images/smilies/3h.gif)
Player 1 is still playing the board, Player 2 is now playing
which is a better flush.
