Obviously my theme lately has been playing out of position. Heres another in a mtt, my thoughts were, I'll lead, and I anticipate AQ/AK will 3 bet me hoping i ll have an ace, and pp's of about 99-KK will flat.
With that in mind, i figure I ll check the turn, and try to extract value on river if he checks back..since if i double barrell, hes more inclined to release those pp's, and also if i am beat, im tryin to keep pot under control oop.
Thoughts? Fold pre ? Check raise flop?

Readless, you should probably just muck PF. Too tough to play AJ OOP against an early position raiser.

Am not sure about MTT's, but if you bet/fold this flop with your hand you'll be highly exploitable.

As played, your hand is pretty much face up and you're really hoping he have AT or make a desperate call with QQ/KK which wont happen as often as he'll either fold or call with better.

I think you can safely c/f this river...
