all-in odds question

Postby redalert135 » Sat Jul 09, 2005 12:41 am GMT

my opponent has gone all-in in heads up poker and i call, he has pocket 3's and i have queen jack offsuit. the flop comes 4c Ah 2h. 4th street then comes Jack of spades. So i am wondering what the odds are of him catching one of his few outs to beat my pair of jacks? And, in case you were wondering he caught a five to make his straight. :x

Thanks

He had about 13.63% chance of catching a 3 or a 5, assuming you both know eachother's hole cards. If he didn't know your hole cards he'd have a 13.04% chance instead. Pretty sweet river for him.
