All-in with the chip leader and the short-stack
Say player A is the chip leader with 100 chips and goes All-In before the flop. Say that player B has 50 chips and decides to go All-In to call Player A's All-In.
Assuming all other players fold and Player B (the short-stack) wins the hand. Is Player A then out of the game OR is he/she just responsible for matching the short-stack (50 chips)?
