All these asshats on eBay...
...who put "PAULSON" in the subject line of all their Blue Chip sales need to have their account banned. It's like Wendy's advertising that their chili does not come with pieces of human finger inside.

I did this when I sold my TR Kings. It is the best way if you want to make the most money. My title said "TR King (not Paulson)", that way my chips would appear whenever "Paulson" was searched for.

lol. I know what you mean though...Some people just say "Paulson", and those who are un-educated about chips might really think they are Paulson's. I just mentioned the Paulson name in my title so my auction would appear. That's why you'll see car auctions that say "Porsche Dodge Ford Mercedes Viper BMW Oldsmobile Car for sale!!!"

I guess I don't have a big problem (just a nit bitch) about putting Paulson in the title -- as long as they give complete and correct info in the body of the listing. Ya wanna sell this stuff, but don't outright lie.
Of course, then there's everyone who puts "clay" in the titles of their 11.5g Chinese plastic chips!

Adding words like that to your Ebay description is against Ebay's rules:
Keyword Spamming
Keyword spamming is the practice of including brand names or other inappropriate "keywords" in a title or description for the purpose of gaining attention or diverting users to a listing. Keyword spamming is unfair to members who may be searching for a specific item and receive search results of listings that are not selling the item. Users often are confused and frustrated by such tactics.
I hate it when I do a search on Ebay and get a bunch of garbage results because of this.
If someone really wants Paulson's why on earth would they want to look at something else??
My two cents,
TT

I second that. I rarely use ebay anymore because its become this magnet for infomercial type crap. No matter what i type in I get a list full of garbage that no one wants to buy.

Yeltzen you are wrong. (queue usual abusive post due to non agreement).
Putting NOT PAULSON on your chip sale is neither illegal unethical or against Ebays rules. Sorry but NOT PAULSON means exactly that not paulson duh.

It's only done with the intent of funneling Paulson traffic to their auction. It's spamming.

No it's not,are you stupid enough to buy something that states its not what you are looking for,I don't think so.Well I hope you wouldn't,If you do then I really feel sorry for you.
Ebay clearly states to read the description before buying.NOT PAULSON couldn't be any more clear. How stupid would you have to be to buy something that staes it's not what you want. DOH.
