was wondering where i can find some holdem games in or near toronto
and i dont mean the ones in the casinos

can anyone help id love to hear from you

also im thinking of setting up weekly tournaments

but the buy its only 5-10 pl holdem

i know of a place that just started haveing a weekly tournament witha 200 buy in and winner takes all for now
theres about 8 players every week

but definitly get back to me on that 5 10 pl game

Anyone know of a no limit weekly or mothly game? Also with a buy in thats not too much. I cant afford to pay 200 every week. If not does anyone want to help with getting one set up? My goal would be to get 8-10 players to come out weekly, bi-weekly or monthly to play. Something like a 25 or 50 dollar buy in and winner takes most, second some and third gets money back. (or something along those lines) Let me know if anyone is interested.

The usual does get boring.. you can only play so much 10/20 20/40 with the same guys at casinos all the time.. profitable yet boring in the longrun

I recently got into hold em poker, no limit, low blind. I live in Mississauga and would be interested in joining a group to play biweekly or monthly. I'm basically just looking for practice and don't want to get taken by a bunch of Casino sharks while I'm still learning. You can only learn so much on-line.
