Something feels yucky about the turn and river. His bets look like blocking bets from a 9, but they also could be weak value bets from a flush.
Raising the turn is an option, but the amount to raise to is tricky. If he calls the turn and bets a good amount on the river then fold.

Then be thankful he played it like a complete idiot and you lost very little.
Obviously he put you on AA, lost his nerve, and block-bet you all the way.
