AQ facing an all-in on the turn
I have been very aggressive pre-flop all night. I have probably raised 40-50% of the hands that I have been dealt in the last hour. Raising here would of worked really well, but for some reason i chose to limp. Why? i don't know.
Woody has been calling a lot of my pre-flop raises, and seems to have a good mixture of checking, betting, raising and re-raising after the flop. His ability to mix up his game post flop is the thing that's making me most suspicious with his all-in bet. I'm guessing JK is well within his range preflop, but would he still be in the hand now (after my raise on the flop?).
Bottom line; Do I call?

limping utg is a little icky, it kind of defines your hand a little, so he knows this flop is going to have hit you. I wouldnt ever check this flop, i think you need to come out betting as its just too draw heavy.
To me i think it plays more like a drawing hand counting on fold equity than a made hand looking for action. Maybe his got the straight and is scared of the flush draw. But i reckon he has something like A

for the straight flush draw and is kinda hoping you'll let it go.

Your table image is a huge factor. If you have been raising a lot, being aggressive, he's going to put you on a wide range. He probably expects you to raise AQ preflop. Add in that he started the hand with less than 60BBs, and you're getting almost 2.5:1, this is an easy snapcall.

I can see arguements both ways both I lean towards this. I have seen valid arguements of callings with the intention of snaping off whatever he has but playing AQ OOP just blows monkey balls.miaowmiaowchowface wrote:preflop is horrendous
as played the rest is fine assuming you snapcalled
