Move down in limits and play ABC if your bankroll is suffering.
I love these guys who whine. They definitely tilt themselves and generally loosen up the table as well. Be watchful of the hangers who start jumping on to add additional criticism. They usually suck too IMO.

No, but there is freeware that can help. I just use a .txt and search for the juicers. I think this lack and PS's weak search interface are 2 of the few crits I have with the software.

ABC poker is playing good solid basic poker. No fancy stuff and no bluffing. The best thing you can do to see if your bankroll decreases because of your play is research your hand histories. For veteran players this might not be a must, but for newer players this should always be the place to turn to to find leaks that are costing you money.

I Love Whining
I learn a LOT about players from what they whine about. I regularly see players get lucky on what is a bad play taken in isolation but which is played in circumstances (short handed, multiway, passive table, active table, late tourny stage, early tourny stage) that make the play considerably more reasonable.
When someone whines about this it tells me a lot about the whiner's sophistication. Even if the subject play was just plain bad whining still tells me about the whiner and his/her temperment.
