That sounds kind of results oriented.

I think I can see what you’re getting at MrD – [i]“There are worse things then having no action, at least you picked up some chipsâ€

its a tournament. So if I have to choose between him making a big mistake and sucking out and between him playing correctly and I win a small pot I choose the second option.

Last night, 16 to go in a 560 players $9.5k to go.

I reluctantly call a 3B with over 30BB and QQ. He seemed tight to me, and was really considering folding.
He overbet open pushed a baby flop 245r. I call and he shows A2o.
So I made a great play, got him to put all his money in with 27% equity, didn't look too good when he spiked an A on the river to end my MTT play...

Okay, but say ever time your hand was ahead in a tourney your opponent(s) folded. Granted you’d never get knocked out on a bad beat/suck out (which is nice) but you wouldn’t pick up many chips either. I think you’d soon find yourself with a low M and your push being called by a stronger hand.

We second sight would be awesome for poker :) but short of that all you can do its get your money in with the best of it. I know you lost but you sound like you regret it…wait, look what I mean is regardless of the suck out you’re happy about the way you played the Queens right?

Give me an all-in in front of me everytime with kings. Go big(stack) or go home!
