Ooops. I thought one of the posters mentioned $500. Somebody must have a serious game going to afford the one shown in the recently added link.

This is the Table I built with the Flush Mounted Shuffler.
I think depending on the type of game your running, and I don't promote raking but if you do the math with in your formatted setup, well enough said.
Also, it's started out to be a friendly local small town game with only a few selected invited and now the word is the most professional game around and each week seems to be bringing more players in that's why my second table is on the drawing board.
I'll stick to my guns and challenge anyone who wants to at any hands played per night average. Like I mentioned before, you need to play two decks simultaneously and with 5 or more players, you will never have to wait on the shuffler. Just open the door and place the deck in front of the next dealer. I'm also part engineer and to be honest, this thing is really sofisticated for the home game use and for the money..........

Now THAT is a seriously cool setup.
I can't help but notice the dealer's chair and wondering if it works well for you. The dealers I've seen always use an armless chair that swivels easily so they can pivot to both sides of the table without twisting their backs. A talented dealer could deliver the cards without pivoting but not me.

Re: Auto-Shuffler good or bad?
Good question but I have no problem for I have a wicked back hand toss to my left and a pretty good wrist flick to my right. We alternate deals so I'm not the all time designated dealer which brings up another good point, have you ever sat through a fumble fingered person and actually timed them? I have, it’s boring sometimes frustrating. This way you pull the shuffled deck out and place it to the right of the next dealer for the previous dealer to cut and then go on with the hand, this takes 2 to 3 seconds to achieve. My guys are quicker than that but their animals.

I got an auto shuffler too and at first i was really excited about this machine and i thought it could work very well. but i got disappointed ... it goes me on the nerves to but the cards correctly into the machine and also if I do so, the cards go not get shuffled correctly. I like to do it the old fashioned way.

They suck. Loud, and obnoxious. Slower than hand shuffling and more awkward.
Unless you buy a shufflemaster, like the ones they use at pokerrooms.
But those go for thousands of dollars.
