Here a simple but important question. Normally I use for fixed games 200 x the big blind What are the reguirements for no limit games. The swings are somewhat bigger there.

do you mean min or max buy in? Fixed limit games have NO maximum buy in. min should be around 20 times big blind. for no limit MAX BUYINS
blinds max buy in
.25/.50 $25
.50/1.00 50
1/2 100
2/4 200
5/10 500
these are per Pokerroom.com i was just in vegas where a no limit table was 1/2 blinds and the buy was 100 min. 200 max
blinds max buy in
.25/.50 $25
.50/1.00 50

I don't know what the correct answer would be, but ive made up a guess that should be a decent guideline. I hope someone more knowledgable will post another reply.
In limit a minimum bankroll you say 200x the big blind, im thinking thats 200x the big bet (twice the big blind). That might be a little small but lets say you sit down with 20x the big bet so you have a full buyin for 10 games at that limit.
So at a no limit game you should sit down with 100x the big blind, and in order to have buyins for about 10 games you should need 1000x the big blind in your bankroll.
Probably 1500-2000times the big blind would be better but in my impatience I have not gotten near that. I keep thinking that once i work my way up a game big enough to show some decent income i will try to keep a working bankroll of about that maybe 6000-8000 for a 2/4 nl game.
In the meantime i will probably need alot more luck and improvement in my game to get there. Hope this helps some.

25x
25x the max buyin is a good rule of thumb when it comes to NL

25x sounds about right... because of the huge swings you face in nl... if you're playing a 10$ game then 250-300$ bankroll should be fine.. but if you want to move up to a 20$ game then you should make sure to have at least 500$ banked... but this is of course if you play regularly... if you play only once every two weeks.. then you don't need so much set aside...
