best overall online holdem site?
Can I solicit everyone's opinion on the best overall site for holdem? I think the following factors are important:
1. Stability of software and support.
2. Random shuffle. (I hear rumors every now and then that certain sites' shuffles are suspicious, though I personally doubt these rumors).
3. Availability of low-limit (up to $3/6) games, as well as tournament games.
Personally, I don't particularly care if one site offers more "fish" than somewhere else. I just want a good stable site that offers plenty of fair competition, so I don't have to switch around. What does everyone think?

pacificpoker.com (havent played there in a month)

Pokerstars is the best for tournaments, PacificPoker.com and PartyPoker.com are good for real moeny games... I used to play ultimatebet.com for real money games, and although they are still very good, they have been having server problems so you may want to look elsewhere for the time being.

Pacific Poker
I really like Pacific Poker. It was the first that I played on thanks to the advertisements on this site. Then, I tried a few others (UB, Party, and Paradise). All of them have drawbacks. Ultimate Bet is too slow. Party Poker never has any rooms open. Paradise has really small stakes for play money (which I don't think is fun). Pacific Poker is sometimes not stable, but most of the time I don't have any problems. There are always rooms open with a large array of stakes. I just think it's the best. My two cents.

I came across a site goddesspoker - can anyone tell me about them? I played a few free hands there. Haven't heard of them before.

Haven't played goddesspoker, but looking at the site, I think its just a skin of thepokerclub.com (formerly poker.com until someone hijacked their domain)
