best play?
Pocket A or K's. Is it better to slow play these or what? I have trouble sucking money from peeople with these hands. I have tried to check pre flop to slow play them and I have also played this hand aggressive..raising pre flop. Im just wondering what is the best play here?

Limit-never slow play preflop. Maybe check the flop if only one or two callers and you dont hit your set. Slow play a set w/ no str8 or flush draw.
NL-I like to bet 3x BB, less than I would for AK, I want a few callers. After the flop-90% of the time I am betting more than pot. If in early position, I will check and look to go over the top-large!

I honestly almost NEVER slow play these hands. Every once in a while, just to change things up, but I can't stand losing with these to hands I LET into the pot. I'm looking for someone to hit the next best hand and pay me off. If I don't take a bunch of money with 'em most of the time, that's ok with me.

Personally, I will NEVER limp in with these hands. Worst thing is to let some jerk see a cheap flop and make a better hand. If I hit the set, I'll slowplay only if there isn't a flush or straight draw. Otherwise, I'm betting huge. And if I get raised?
