Yes that was a legit ebay auction, I saw it yesterday...so the post has merit. I've seen a couple auctions lately for 1000 chips. I think we need to cut this guy a little slack, because there is interest in auction pricing and where the market is, although I have a feeling that right about most of the people currently members have already purchased their chips.

Spam is Spam, good deal or not.
If mindgame or saper88aa had posted it I would accept it as quality info without questioning it's validity, and it wouldn't be considered SPAM.
At least this guy SPAMed in a appropriate category.

lol
I think some spam should be alright. If its done tastefully and they are selling a quality product. If its a guy selling inexpensive chips then why not let it go. It benefits the forum members who are looking for chips. However if its some guy trying to get you to use his id number to start playing at an online casino then that shouldnt be allowed becuase there is no benefit for the forum.

yeah, i think there should be an outlet for this kind of stuff... like a for sale/trade forum so people/businesses can post news about sales or stuff they're unloading.

Johnny is right best deal Ive seen.
I bought the 9 grams for $190 total. (two cases of 1000,plus extras) a buddy bought them off of me for $200. $10 profit :D
He said he wanted another case, and I needed to get some so I went back and bought some more 9 grams, the total cost was $170
Hes buying another case from me for $100, makes my case actually cost $40, now thats a steal

Jonniedough how are those chips. I bought a set from 5stardeal and was kinda bugged that my red chips were slightly thinner than my other chips. Plus it was $130 for 500 chips... while that deal is 1000 chips for $150 and they are 9 grams instead of 11.5.
I want to switch to 9 grams instead of 11.5. Im thinking of getting rid of my chips to get that set.
Did your 1000 set all come together with a COMPLETE MATCHING set? meaning 1 roll was EXACTLY the same color as the other roll of chips.
Meaning the same color of one roll compared to the same color of another roll was not slightly off in shade or duller.
Thanks

yeah, the chips are great!! all the same color. everyone loves em
only downside Id say is that they are rather slippery, lil wear and tear will take that off though, bit hard for some chip tricks....Im trying to see if any one wants to but my other set, see if I can sell enough to get a set free
