Sleep MasterWell, as you may tell from the title, i been a sleep master lately, going bed at really strange hours ( 5.30pm yesterday) , and haven;t really done any work on my course since i been back. I am such a muppet. Anyway , I played a tournament everyday online since i been back ($10 r obviously) , and cashed a few times but not been playing optimally to be honest, cos I have distractions and am doing other stuff.....lost some motivation maybe? Today, I got relatively deep, finishing 63rd or something playing quite well but then lost some crucial pots where i was slight underdog one time for alot of chips and 22 vs A10 the other. Never mind, another chance tommorow. The only other success I had last week is I finished 2nd in a $30 deep stack mtt for $1,500....so that made the 10 hrs work just about worth it. I keep checkin where I am on the ps leaderboard cos I wanna try and stay in the top few hundred, at the moment I am like 350th. I guess If I want to get into top 150 I have to play more then one tournament a night and maintain strong results. Or FT the $55k frequently, I ll update on where I am whenver I post. No.2 I am currently 59th on the pocket 5s monthly leaderboard so in 2007 at the moment I have started well, again, if I can stay in top 100 for the year then I'd be well chuffed considering most of the players I am competing with play a high amount of tournaments compared to me - on multiple sites. After busting out of 55k today, I decided to do a $220 heads up, hand 3, I call a min raise with 89 , flop 10-8-2, I check call a bet. Turn 8, I check riase, he calls. River 7, 3 diamonds, I bet $300 into $900 figuring he prolly had the 10. He flat calls , K-8. This leaves me with $600 or something and I had to really dig deep to get back in. I did however take back the chip lead and when blinds went up , I tapped his 500 stack with 45s, he had Q5 and beat me. Then I had A-9- re raised him all in , he called with K6? He rivered a King and took a 2-1 chip lead or something. I shove Jc8c (blinds 150) , he wakes up with KK. Night Night lol. I think I may enter a few more today to see how i fare. I think the palyers are better so I figure I can work them out better then poor players and also they are more likely to fold a hand. So I will see how I fare after a few. Anyway, thats all for this entry, I ll let you know how I fare in the headsup and obviously of any big scores I make. Ciso LUCKY BALDO!

RE:Sleep MasterCongrats on the lists. I must admit I am jealous. I wish I was half the tournament player you were, because lately I feel like it's all luck. But you're proof it can't be. ;) Just another skill set I need to work on I guess. Hope you don't mind if I rail you now and then?
Suit Up!
RE:Sleep MasterNo dont mind at all, I don't really show hands when I play often though so you ll just have to read me :), or ask later in here.
I know how you feel though DC, I went a few months cashing in tournaments but not hitting a good score cos I would lose a crucial pot late on...As long as the luck factor doesn't impair your decisions then results will come. Ciso LUCKY BALDO!
