Classic Move-up Runbadness
Right, rather quick entry since there's not much to write home about. Been doing the $45s, first night after settling myself in I did about 20 and was up a couple buyins. Two days ago was sort of meh, dominating hands continued to get absolutely crushed, but the results weren't horrible, lost what I did the first day plus another few buyins. By the end of yesterday though, I more or less expected to lose every time I pushed, because it got quite bad. No need for details, but in any event I got fairly well crushed, especially in the crucial middle stages as almost half of my 75 finishes were 4th-6th. I also noticed that it's damn near impossible to get more than 3 or 4 of these running in the 11am-3pm range. Could also be because I kept busting fast, heh. In any event, debating doing $28s in the morning just so I can get the volume in, then when the playerbase picks up in the afternoon and evening go to the $45s. I hardly think I'm being outclassed in these, though now I find when I play too few tables I get incredibly pushy. Could be out of boredom, or because I have too much time to think and outthink myself and convince myself that pushing weak aces up front with 8 blinds is a good idea.
On a more positive note, finally got my bed all set up and oh my god is it comfortable. Nice to be settled in to the new place and fully organize my room too, feels more like home now. Fantastic night of sleep, good workout this morning, and going from my history playing superturbos, today will probably be some ridiculous day where I go up like 40 buyins. Hopefully. I've got deez nuts
