I had several bad days in 25NL cash games at the end of July and it has forced me to move down and change my game plan. Currently I'm playing 10NL, $6.50 turbos and $6.25 heads up matches.

10NL is ridiculously easy so far, it's going to require some adjustment for me, probably a 20% less cbetting or so, since players will float with a lot less, not because they're being creative, because they're idiots or don't care about the money.

The $6.50 turbos are somewhat of a crapshoot, but I've been trying to get better at them, I may stop playing them altogether, they haven't been too profitable for me, but an upswing will bring me a decent amount of money.

I'm loving the heads-up matches, these last anywhere from 5 - 20 minutes total, sometimes only go a few hands before I bust the other guy. Right now I'm 14-11, the rake is somewhat killer, but my money is on Stars right now so I've got to live with that. Once I start beating them consistently for a ROI of 10-15% or better, I'll move some money over to FTP and play there for the rakeback. I can probably two table these guys and get in maybe 6 - 8 an hour. With an okay ROI I can make about a buy-in an hour.

Antonio Esfandiari - "Wow, do you know how gay that sounds?"
