Trying to set an example for newer players out there, I'm going to set some strict bankroll requirements for my number of tables + game limits.

$300: 2 Tables of 25NL
$400: 3 Tables of 25NL
$500: 4 Tables of 25NL
$600: 2 Tables of 25NL, 1 Table of 50NL
$800: 2 Tables of 25NL, 2 Tables of 50 NL
$1000: 4 Tables of 50NL
$1250: 5 Tables of 50NL
$1500: 3 Tables of 50NL, 1 Table of 100NL
$1750: 2 Tables of 50NL, 2 Tables of 100NL
$2000: 4 Tables of 100NL

Now this will take a considerable amount of time, probably till Winter at the very least. I have managed not to bust at poker since I started to win, something I'm proud of and I'd like to keep it that way. During this time period I plan on improving my live game as well, and hopefully making it out to the WSOP next year to take part in the side-game action.

I also plan on taking some regular shots at low-buy-in tournaments and satellites. A big score would be nice, but I need to improve my tournament play first.

Coming back to play again, trying to get my money in before the UIGEA becomes official. It's been 3 months or so since I played NLHE so it should be an interesting ride. $300 will be coming into ePassporte on the 27th so I'll be playing then (unless somebody loans me the money first =D ).

I turned 21 a few days ago, which means I'll be able to go to Vegas eventually, thinking about doing that over Winter Break this semester. I have two uncles (that live together ... yeah thats right ...) who have a guest house that I can stay in so that'd be nice. We'll see how well I play back at pokerstars =)

After my failure at FTP, I pretty much haven't played since mid-feb. I'm starting to consider re-depositing into Stars soon, maybe after finals. Would be a good move considering I don't have a source of income till the summer.

Of course that would take away from my Halo 2/C&C3/SupCom/S.T.A.L.K.E.R./girlfriend time

So I haven't really been playing a lot of poker lately, instead I spent the week of the 20th beating Crackdown, learning that I suck at SupCom and taking 3 tests. Got 101 on my stats 400 midterm ... so easy :).

Anyway, I've been screwing up at FTP. I'd be a winning player right now if I wasn't losing 60 - 70 percent of the big pots. Yesterday I pretty much blew off $100 in two big pots where I had overpairs on the flop ... both really dumb situations. I'm going to put a big post it note on my computer that just says THINK and I should be okay.

If things don't turn around for me soon I'm probably gonna go back to stars, maybe I'm just having some trouble adjusting to the somewhat different style of play. Also if I started to make my flush draws in position that would help ...

Deposit for ePassporte went through, moved my monies around so I've got $600 at FTP and at PStars. I'm trying to get into tournaments a bit, less risk than cash games, more fun, big payouts for big finishes etc.

Played in one $11/180 stars today, busted out 3rd hand . First hand I raised with AT, cbet a flop and got c/red. 2nd hand I limp/called with 3s and missed the flop. 3rd hand I raised UTG with TT and the flop came 9TJ, ended up getting it all in with a board of 9TJQ8 and I made a dumb call, and he had QK for the flopped straight, so a fun little "cooler" there.

Not gonna play a lot of poker this week since I've got two exams in a row on Friday. On week 2 of waiting for the iPod, hopefully it'll come by end of Feb.
