decided to do a blog to help me identify where i losing / winning money and so i have a history of all the really classic laydowns i make. CHECK back here for one hell of a good read..........

Im in the 35k gtd on stars 10 rebuy, i wil post updates here of intresting hands my stack etc hopefully over time this will help improve my mtt play.....

End of rebuy madness and i managed to escape with no rebuys, perhaps a 1st for my in these and a workable 10k in chips. Waited for big hands went all in.. got action and held up

early on after the break i get 88 in the SB,blinds are 75 and 150, and he makes it 350 to go, i decide to re pop it and i make it 1050, he calls. flop comes A A 5, i opt to lead at it as i think i am still ahead if he does not have the ace. i bet 1000 into about 2k, he calls turn brings another A now i think i may be beaten by JJ.... i should check here ... but i bet 1050 again, he caclls... river 10 i check and he does too... he flips over 99
i could have saved myself 1000 chips there if i did what i know i should have

AQ on the button i now have 7.5k in chips, its folded round to me so i raise 3X the blinds to 450, they both call flop comes Ad 5h 8h, SB leads out for 450, BB calls, I think about raising but decide to call - bit of a gamble but if the turn comes blank i will get more value from this hand. turn comes 9d, not the best card for me.. makes a straight for 67... he bets out 750 this time the BB folds and i re riase to 2000 - pot is 3000 at this point, he calls... river comes heart he pushes all in and i fold. more bad play from me here.... shudda went all in on the turn the way i played it i have to move in on the turn.. i have gained the extra value i wanted and then i shud push all in. down to about 3.8k ... not playing well this mtt, not one bit

Ok sitting on 3k now, blinds are 100 200. Im just waiting for a premium hand now, blinds may well increase before this arrives, im basically in all or fold mode now. My bad play has delivered me to this sorry state of affairs

premium hand didnt come... i had 1600 left blinds 200 400 got it in with K2 managed to beat Q6 up to about 4k now still an all in boy
10h7h ALL IN in EP, need to get lucky and i like this hand blinds 300 600 time to get lucked up. I BEAT KQ beauty. 9k now back up to 10 X the blinds
well you know blinds 400 800, i got 5000 i go all in with 89 in mp, called by KQ and AK, AND BOOM flop comes 4 9 9 OH YEAH BABY.... thats a good beat up to 15k now.....
ok i got JJ in the bb and UTG raised 3X, i decided to call, flop comes Q high i bet out he calls.. i check turn he bets i fold. ALL in with 88 cos im short stacked again and i manage to beat KQ.
140 left now i have 20k and blinds are 1 and 2k
need a hand please////// got my nice hand QQ in early position i still sitting on 20k, i managed to steal a few blinds and now QQ i just go all in. one caller he has AK and flops the A. bout time i lost an all in really.. managed to win most of them this mtt, but when i finally had a real good hand i lost it.

started off the mtt poorly but managed to turn it round only to lose a race when i desperately needed chips. not really much i learned from this mtt except that i should have been concentrating earlier on in it...
