Another shot taken... more devastation
So yeah, I've been doing well the last few days, so I took a shot at 25/50 PLO and some 2/4 Triple Draw. As usual, I was unsuccessful. Had something to do with being unable to make a wrap and flush draw, or the time my Aces got cracked by a gutshot (even though that was at 10/25).
Dunno why I still played the 2/4 game. I hope it wasn't tilt. Anyway, back down to a little over $400 on Stars. I might need to take Tuesday and Wednesday off to rest up for Vegas. Last thing I want to do is go there on a losing session and play badly because of it. In fact, I might cash out my initial deposit from Stars and play smaller again with the $200 or so in there. That will prevent me from getting in too much trouble on a downswing. Suit Up!

RE:Another shot taken... more devastation
I wonder if there is a slight panic to your outlook which is effecting your game.
The reason I say this just from this post alone you moved from PLO to triple draw, you then question why you still play 2/4. From you contributions to the forum you've proved you have a good solid foundation of the game and the principles surrounding them, so may be you need to at the other factors. I went through a phase around two years ago when I kept swapping table limits and from cash games to sng's, to tourny's, and from limit to no limit-just trying to find some success. Now I choose one game and stick at it for at least 1 month at a time. Of course, I know there's no point sticking at a certain game for another three weeks if you are hating it after a week, but may be this is an option??? Good things come to those who wait!
