alright this is my first time to blog on here.

im probably just going to vent a little bit about my inabilities.

Many of you know i like to play MTT's and i usually do quite well in the small stakes 2-10$ mtts.

for some reason after each big win i decide i need to go make more $ at a cash game.

keep in mind here i suck at cash games, i suck at sngs as well. I have vowed to not play cash games anymore or anything less than a 10 table SNG.

from here on out I will be playing a ton of mtts and 90 and 180 person sngs.

im really frustrated at myself for my inability to stay away from cash games.

everytime ive built up a BR ive lost it due to cash games.

Im really frustrated with myself right now.

Im sure a lot of people have this problem.

one day ill be able to win a mtt and keep my roll up by not being stupid, god im pissed

right now BR on FT is really low 210$

and on PS is a little higher 312$

Write yourself a post-it note that says "NO CASH GAMES" or "MTT's ONLY" and stick it under your monitor. It might sound cheesy, but it CAN help.

I'm having the same problems lately of losing a lot in cash games.

Though I manage to build my stack to $300 - its now back down to $220 .

The problem with low level cash games, people call with a lot of weird hand and often draw out on you.

I need to keep reminding to my self to play the nuts - when I do that, I often finish the session up.



Now I don't understand why you do not do well in S&G?

You simply have to sit tight until the blinds are high enough. Most players do not understand M and still limp when they have 3-4XBB .

I donk -$36 when I started this year, and am now up to $50 from few S&G's.
