And... said update.

Late last week the server was upgraded from php4 to php5. There are compatibility issues between 4 and 5, and the version of b2evo that was used in the thp blog mod was vulnerable.

This requires 2 fixes. The first... we're rolling thp back onto php 4 for now. The blogs should come right back up (checked, and there they are).

Second, I'll start working on local server to either identify and correct the php5 issues in the b2evo core we were running, or more likely rewrite the entire blog mod using an updated b2evo version. I haven't seen any security issues related to the version we had built out from, but why risk it.

Obviously we'll test the heck out of the rewritten blog scripts before setting them live here on thp, and yes, all blog content will be saved. Current/past blog posts and comments will not be lost. All of this should be done with no impact on thp bloggers.
