Buy-ins Home game no limit

Hi I haven't been in this board in ages and when i was I barely posted. I was wondering about buy-ins lately because I host a home game every friday and usually have about 15-18 people and we do chips by ones and tens because it is easier and better IMO at least. But we usually start off with 80 chips for a 30 dollar buy in and for the first hour we allow unlimited buy-ins which means the first hour is not real poker. You have a hand full of dudes going for the big bang early...lol. I do 20 minute blind raises. The reason I do buy-ins is to increase the money in the pot. I was wondering if there was a more effiecent way to do buy-ins I heard of bountys or adding chips, but I wanted to hear more input on how to get more money in the pot, but have maybe a better or more FAIR buy-in process and possibly speed up the game? Any input would be cool, thanks!
