Quad jacks would qualify at a BBJ table right? Some have crazily high requirements but I think the worst I've heard was quad 8s or better.

Yep, 8888+ is standard.
Btw., I am quite surprised the way the hand was played. It's played so slow on early streets as if there was BBJ expecting to hit.
