Cards.

Postby JohnnyCache » Sun Mar 14, 2004 9:25 pm GMT

Have any of you guys ever seen a brand of cards that either: a) Had numbers in all four corners or B) Had the corners with the numbers marked on the back? That small measure would make it simpler to check your cards without lifting them as far. . .

i sure wouldn't want cards with the numbers printed on the back side. would kinda screw up the game i think.

as for bending the cards up... just get yourself some kem cards. they're awesome. the regular index are best for viewing your pocket.

they won't damage from bending them up to view pockets... they're great.

No, I meant the corners with the numbers had a mark on the back sides . . . but you know what? Never mind . . . I've always looked at my cards sideways because I learned to play from my dad, who did it like that, perhaps owing to his being lefthanded (I also dealt left handed until I was about 16), it never occured to me that they would always be at the upper left!

...I feel like a jackass...

KEM makes "European Style" cards, with indices in all four corners, like so:

That other part, about the thing on the back, I don't understand... :?

Yes, I got 5 decks of KEM cards last week. I'm so
proud of them. With those, you can just lift the very
corner of them, and they flop right back down, no muss
no fuss. If you just got a regular indexed deck of
those, I think you'd be ok. Or the 4 cornered ones, but
I'm extremely pleased with the ones I got. Definately
KEM though.

My local dealer said they were going out of business!!!!!
I don't know how reliable that is, coming from someone
who is selling them, but he said it....I emailed them, no
reply yet.
