I am working on getting all the stuff together to build my table, but I feel weary about ordering from this website. Esp. the poker cloth. If its not what I'm looking for, I can't return it. That's a big no no for me.
About the only thing that I will buy from them is the table legs, padded rail, and the drink holders. Only because I can't find any of the other stuff in any stores.
So if any of you guys have dealt with them, I could use some feedback.
Thanks

I've ordered drink holders and chips trays in the past. Received them within 3 days/fedex. Right now I'm waiting on the table rail padding. I ordered it on sunday night, and monday morning I got a fedex message saying it was shipped. It'll be here Thursday.

thanks guys. I'm keeping them in mind for the rail, and maybe the legs.
buffalopoker, I went to Home Depot last night to look at wood, and that MDF is really HEAVY stuff!! What were those rails that you bolted in underneath for support? Are those 1x2s?? And how does the table feel with the carpet padding on top? I really like your table, and that's how I'm trying to build mine.
I'm still partial to plywood, but the MDF is 10 bucks cheaper. And I'm probably going to a local billiard shop for the cloth. More expensive, but I can see what I'm buying.

I made the mistake of buying MDF because of the $10 cheaper price too. But I regret it. I wish I did not buy it. It was so damn heavy. The difference in weight between the two for a 4' x 8' sheet is almost 30 lbs.
Get the plywood since your covering it.
Goto the local fabric store and look for the faux suede. Its excellent stuff. It wont ball up and its much much cheaper than pool table felt. The felt was $70 per yard. The suede was $4.50 per yard.
I have my table done. Im just finishing up with the rails. I need to post a pic here if I can figure out how to post a pic.

Maybe it's just me, but I like the idea of a heavy table. I'm afraid that if I have a light table and one of my big clumsy players bumps the table then everything will go everywhere. I want to get MDF purely because of the weight, the fact that it's cheaper is just an added bonus. Also, don't you think $70 a yard for felt is a little overboard, I think you can get decent (21 oz) felt for your whole table for under $100
