Chinese poker syndicate?

On Full Tilt they have an avatar of a cop wearing a blue shirt, a tie, a hat, and a mustache.
Practically every player with this avatar is from China and a short stacker.
I'm picturing boiler rooms full of laptops and chinese players on Full Tilt like telemarketers. Is it possible? This just strikes me as odd.

you would think that if they were in cahoots, they probably wouldn't all have the same avatar, might give them away.

Its possibly some Chinese poker site is licensed to integrate into Full Tilt software allowing them access to FT tables and players, but predominately it is only marketed and promoted in China. Their software possibly dose not have the same range of avatars, FT assigns them a default avatar. On FT it appears as you see it but on the integrated site it could be any range of Chinese aviators.
