Chip Spreadsheets

I've been looking at a few post here and I noticed a few people saying They have Spreadsheets/Excel for detirming chips statistics and what not.

Now I'm a complete fool when it comes to Spreadsheets so I'm not even going to try and build one. Does anyone out there have one they could send to me or can build one with the following?

One that could tell me how many chips to give out for any cash ammount, How many I need for Tournaments for any number of people/buyins/rebuys/ect. How many chips of each color I need to build my set.

So far i figure I'm just going to buy 500 of each of the 10 offered color ($658.10 is a steep price for my passion but will be the one and only set I'll ever have to buy) but I don't want to put all those into play all at once. I got all the other infomation i need just not that...
