38 is representing trips or 2 pair. 98 is prolly on a straight draw, i think you should just call here, otherwise your just building a pot for the draw to call you down and you might not even be ahead in the hand. If you think 38 just has 2 pair you might be able to call if you dont improve on 5th, and 98 doesnt hit a danger card. In all I think you're behing here + against a good draw, I'd prolly try to get away from the hand if I dont improve quick.

Even at Pacific, I think I just call here and probably fold fifth if I catch a brick. I'd have to catch a diamond or a second pair or, obviously, another K to keep me hanging around for sixth. Anything else, I'm done with the hand.
