I just told you there is none.
The game has about a thousand different variants concerning small technical rules (if there's a betting line, what constitutes a binding action, how easily cards get reinserting into the deck during messups, etc) making a real "rule book" across games impossible. If you're in a casino, ask one of the floor managers about some of their unique home rules and they'll explain the most common ones to you.
If you're in a homegame, just ask.
If you're looking for "proof" to show one of your dumb friends the rules you're not going to find it.
