Continuation bet or check and hope to hit?

I have no info on the other player. 90% of the time, with the texture of this flop I would cont bet, but I'm wondering whether it's worth sitting tight and trying to improve.

I'm edging towards making a cont bet, simply because the villan may have nothing and if I don't hit I'm risking him betting first on the turn. Also if I do hit, I'm not sure if the money I make justifies the risk in the first place.

Depends on raise size and opponent's stack. If villain is shorter (like 40BB max), I consider to push. If he is deep and raise much, I may fold. If the raise is smaller, I call and see, what he does on the turn.
But I am too nitty perhaps.
