hey rochmatt, i'm a rochesterian as well!! send me your email if your interested in playing in a small tourney. I host one every couple of weeks (not always big) and i'm looking to get a game in April with about 35-40 people. (probably a $20 buy in)
as far as chips on ebay....i dont know that seller. i got my chips from 5star and gratefuldad5. both are excellent. stay away from seller called 7445. his chips are overpriced and he's a jerk.
5star is unfortunaley out of white chips until mid-march and only have a couple hundred red chips until then.

They look like a good dealer, try emailing them with a question
and see how fast they respond. The chips are decent, I got the
same set from pokerchipmart.com. They were asses. The chips
were good, but not them. They're not clay!!, just so you know,
they're a plastic composite, but they feel ok, and are very heavy.
You'll know when you get the shipping box, and it pulls your
arms out of socket.

Okay, remember, there really are no more clay chips anyway. The high end chips [which can cost between 65 cents (used) and up to $1.25 each (personal monogram)] look and feel very much like the clay chips used to. But who needs to spend a grand on chips for a home tournament where the buy in is $25-100 each? You want to save those good chips for $5-10 or $10-20 home games.

If you look closely at the screenshot you will notice that they are NOT the same chips that 5stardeal sells. With the 5stardeal 11.5g striped dice chips you will notice that the little dots on the dice design are each painted white. In the link you provided they are not white. The actual impression/relief of the dice imprint is different too.
I personally would not order those chips as I'm fairly certain that they are a lower quality knock-off. Just look for the white dots in the image they provide. If the little dice design doesn't have white painted dots they are probably chips of lesser quality. For reference here is a random ebay link which appears to sell the higher quality chips that 5stardeal does. The little dice imprint is different and the dots are painted white.
*Keep in mind I could be wrong, so don't blame me
