Nate PT wrote:If you guys decide to open this up which you will almost for sure have to do if you want to get 5000 chip order again I may be in.
It's not going to be opened up again. Only people who ordered in the first place will be allowed. Feel free to start a new one with different colors.

I was thinking about doing a cutom inlay with the Casbah Club theme but a buddy of mine backed out on the order so I dont know for sure if I want to now, Ill obviously post if I decide to do it. I still dont get why you guys are so worried about security with this set....

oil them!
I decided that it would take years for the edges to look good, so decided to oil them. A little research and I found that Johnson and Johnson Baby Gel, not oil, was a good choice.
I just finished - they look amazing and aren't too oily. In total it took about 3 hours for 600 chips, watching TV as I did it.
I'll post pics in a few days. Highly recommended though.

i noticed with my casbahs that they didn't really hold the oil. after a month of use, they pretty much looked like they did out of the box again.

They don't have the manufacturing capability to do shaped inlays anymore.

The first game with them is tomorrow night - I'll take lots of pics then and post them shortly after.
Basically, they all have a deep vibrant colour on the edges. The $5s, $100s and $1000s seemed to improve the most dramatically. The $25s are the only ones that didn't look a great deal better.
Stay tuned.
