did i make a mistake?

I had A :spade: 3 :heart:
flop was 3 :spade: 7 :spade: 9 :spade:
blinds 3-6
guy infront of me bet 20
i raised to 80
he went all in (150 more - which would leave me with 40)
i called.
was that wrong move by me?

honestly coome to think of it , i did :( shouldnt sell off for 0.33%. but for some reason i didnt put him on a flush on the flop..
