Every point you make is an attack against the US. Remember the US is not the only country involved in the Golf War. We weren't the first time either. As a matter of fact I do not know of but maybe two wars where the US was soley involved with actions against another country.

No, I think an actual invasion would be one of the few times where I would probably be willing to fight. If it's some random foreign power invading us though, I'd probably go hide my family in Canada first. If it's aliens, I don't know.
