Royal Suited chips
Hey, I'm new to this forum, and I am working out what type of chips to buy. It will be my first set of decent chips (currently using cheap plastic chips). I was looking at getting the suited chips from 5star ($109) for 500 plus case etc. I have read in this forum that the 5star chips have a metal insert which doesn't bother me, I think they'll be great for my uses. Anyway, I'm trying to decide between the suited and royal suited chips. Just by looking at the pictures, I am leaning toward the regular suited ones, but I am wondering if maybe the pictures don't do the royal ones justice? They are the same price, so I want to get the ones that look nicest.

i've got a bud with the royal suited ones, they're pretty nice and have a good feel to them.
However, if you're looking for some good quality chips... go with chipco. They're running at .73 per chip (which is cheap compared to what they go for on ebay) directly from the manufacturer. IMHO this would be a good investment and they're by far some of the BEST chips available.
