echeck overdraw

Postby corose » Thu Oct 02, 2008 1:01 am GMT

Hi,

I recently put some money onto pokerstars via e-check and now I realize there actually isn't as much money in the checking account the echeck is from. I'm just wondering what will happen... Will everything be drawn out of that checking account and they will withdraw the rest when I put more money into that account? Or will they just take what they can and close my pokerstars account? Thanks for any input

your bank will cover the check and charge you 30 dollars extra to do so.

Depending on your past history with the site, they'll likely deduct the bounced check amount from your current balance (if any is even left), seize the rest (if you wound up winning), and ban you.

Then again, if you've had like hundreds or thousands of successful deposits, they'll probably just deduct the amount and remove echecks as an option.

but yeah, lol
