eChecks on PokerStars

I asked Full Tilt about the 'echeck' option for funding a player's account, and also asked how I can get that capability.

They responded by stating that some, but not all, players have that option.

However, They didn't respond to my question as to how I can get that option.

I used it and my deposit was instant. Of course I'm a losing player so maybe that's why I can use it

When I log in to Stars I now get a message telling me that there is a new restriction on cashing out using eChecks. The limit is $2,500 per user per 72 hour period.

This could be an effort on the part of Stars to reduce their footpring in the banking world. Or it could be technical in nature, or something entirely different.
