eChecks on PokerStars
I just logged onto PokerStars and the sign on screen was telling me about eChecks available for instant deposit. I don't need to make a deposit now (but that may change quickly) but was wondering if anyone has tried this out and how it works. Also how it gets around the issues NeTeller had.
I'm still rooting for those scrappy Costa Ricans down there thumbing their noses at the US regulations.

Works Great, no transaction charge, …and Fast!
Don't know how they satisfy legal restrictions.
Quite unlike 'epassporte,' used by Full Tilt, with exorbitant transaction fees and extremely slow transaction time (9 days.)[/i]

Full Tilt now offers ACH directly to and from your checking account. Deposits are there the next day, withdrawals are immediately available.
Something must have changed recently for them to break what we believed to be the interpretation of the law. I know there was a recent WTO ruling, but I didnt think that would impact things without new legistlation.

If you're talking about the "Cash Transfer option, that's a $250 minimum, right?
If you're talking about the "Click2Pay" option, that's not available to U.S. players.
Is there another 'transfer' method at Full Tilt?

Why is that? What can be done to make it availble?
"Hi, my user ID on FT is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
I've previously made a few successful deposit transactions with your site through epassporte, and also by giving friends money and having them transfer it to me.
However, unlike a few of my friends who have the option for "echeck" on their cashier page, I don't have that option.
I've made successful echeck deposits on pokerstars (as recently as this week), and also on Bodog back when they used to accept echecks.
Can you please look into why this is not an option for me? Even if this is a "beta" version, I still look forward to making a deposit if the echeck option was available to me.
Yours truly,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Unfortunately, the Instant eChecks payment option is only available to a

I asked Full Tilt about the 'echeck' option for funding a player's account, and also asked how I can get that capability.
They responded by stating that some, but not all, players have that option.
However, They didn't respond to my question as to how I can get that option.
